Whilst we love to see the fun in life, PinkInk Web Design do have a few Terms and Conditions which you must consider before you give us your left kidney or sign on that dotted line. Please read below carefully.
Via our website, we provide plenty of examples of our work and the styles of work we can produce. Please ensure you do have a look through our portfolio. You will like what you see!
PinkInk Web Design retains full ownership of design concepts and materials it produces. Once a final concept is delivered to a client and full payment is received, complete ownership rights to the concept transfer to the client.
Any unused parts of the design concept remain the ownership of PinkInk Web Design.
PinkInk Web Design also retains the right to use any design concept and material it produces in their work Portfolio.
A time may arise where the client cancels their project before the project is completed. In the event of this occurring, any deposit money paid will be forfeited to PinkInk Web Design. This money will cover any work already completed by PinkInk Web Design.
If more than 50% of the project has been completed, a fee negotiated between designer and client will be payable.
If the project is cancelled by PinkInk Web Design, any deposit money paid will be refunded to the client in a timely manner.
If the client cancels the project, any design and original artwork remains the ownership of PinkInk Web Design.
PinkINK Web Design are not and will not be liable for any technical issues out of our control pertaining to our website or clients website. We are in no way liable for any loss or damage arising from technical issues.
PinkINK Web Design are not liable for any client website content after website design has been completed and handed over to client.
Project quotes and fees are agreed up by designer and client before project commences. A detailed quote is emailed to client before project commences. The client is to accept this quote by signing it and returning it before any work starts.
Any additional work conducted by the designer at the request of the client that is not stated in the quote will attract excess fees.
Twenty percent of the payment is non-refundable and is due at the beginning of the design process. A design agreement is drawn up between designer and client which both parties sign.
Final payment is due within 7 (Seven) days of the Designer completing the website and obtaining the owner’s approval that the services have been fulfilled as per the Agreement.
WEBSITE DESIGN AGREEMENT
The client will allow the designer to place a small credit upon the clients webpage. This will appear in small text on the bottom of the clients website.
The client is given ample time to proof any final work completed by PinkInk Web Design. Once the final work is approved by the client, the project will then be published and the website will become “online”.
